How to adopt a dog and cat: 1 in 10 vets says they don’t have a vet in your area

More than one-third of pet owners say they don “not know” where to find a pet health specialist, according to a new report.

The study of 2,977 pet owners in the U.S. and Canada was conducted by Petland, which provides dog and pet food.

More than 60 percent of respondents said they did not know where to begin looking for a veterinarian, with 30 percent saying they didn’t have any.

Petland CEO Chris Hensley said the survey revealed a disconnect between veterinarians and their customers.

“In the last five years we’ve had an increase in people who are looking for care because they’re struggling to pay for their pet’s care,” Hens.

“So the problem with that is people are searching for care that doesn’t exist.”

Pet owners are not the only ones struggling with finding a veterinarian.

More than a quarter of the pet owners surveyed said they were unable to pay bills, and one-quarter said they have trouble getting insurance coverage.

“It’s a financial issue, it’s not a human issue,” said Hens.

“And we’re not even talking about people who just don’t want a pet at all.

We’re talking about pet owners that are in the middle of an eviction.”

The Petland survey also found that most pet owners had limited experience with medical care.

Only one-fourth of pet-owning owners said they had ever been treated for cancer or arthritis, and just one-fifth had been in a surgery.

“What we know is the majority of people who own pets, their pet is not the source of their income,” Hines said.

“We want people to have access to the health care that they need.”

Petland said it’s up to pet owners to figure out where to turn for care, but some veterinarians say it’s time to address the issue of finding a vet that can offer free health care to the public.

“We can’t have pet owners and pet owners who don’t get their veterinarian, but we can have people who can find a veterinarian,” said Dr. Roberta Williams, the director of the animal and veterinary medicine program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

“It’s not only a human problem.

It’s a human and animal problem.

So we need to find ways to find out who is doing what and how they’re doing it.”
